2019 Customer Service Excellence Programme Presentation Ceremony

ISS Hong Kong is delighted to celebrate the Customer Service Excellence Programme (CSEP) organized by the Hong Kong International Airport.  With our strong presence and the greatest team efforts in striving professional and quality services, we are glad that  ISS Security Team  were awarded “Best Customer Service of the Year” Cross-Company Excellence Award for mounting multiple joint operations against illegal car hire services within airport areas in recent years.  Three of our Passenger Service Assistant staff also received Individual Excellence Award recognizing their excellence customer service.   Ms. Dennis Tang, Executive Director of Transport & Infrastructure Segment said, “We are honoured to receive the award. The appreciation would be an encouragement to our staff and leading them to provide the greatest services.  We are proud to be part of the Hong Kong airport community to continuously pursue exceptional service & delivering greatest passenger experience.”
