Chief Facilities Manager/ Senior Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead a team to oversee commercial portfolios, develop strategic business plan to ensure the initiatives to be met
  • Manage the team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients and to meet with the agreed SLA and KPI
  • Implement strategies to enhance the value and utilization of properties
  • Develop and review facilities quality standards for continuous improvement of service level to meet client’s objective
  • Communicate with various departments at all levels to establish specific business needs
  • Comply with corporate policies and to ensure subordinates receive adequate training to meet with customers’ requirements
 

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in facility, property management or related discipline
  • More than 10 years’ experience in facility/ property management (preferably in high-end properties/ Commercial portfolios) and with at least 5 years’ experience in managerial grade
  • Member of HKIFM/ RICS/ CIH/ HKIH/ IFMA is a MUST
  • Considerable experience managing Hard & Soft FM service delivery across multiple sites to multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented with good leadership, communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computer application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
