Career

Duty Manager

Responsibilities

  • Managing the overall contract operations to ensure the required service standards are always delivered
  • Work closely with customer representatives for operation related issues and providing prompt solutions to customer
  • Responsible for manpower planning, deployment and training
  • Administering staff related issues and disciplinary problems
  • Review and analyze operational performance
  • Prepare daily, monthly and regular reports
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above holder in related discipline is preferred
  • At least 5 years solid experience in operations management, preferably in transport, airport, facility management or hotel management field
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibilities; good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently under high pressure
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
