CRM, Performance & Metrics Specialist

Responsibilities

  • CRM system – Process and design, controls over workflow 
  • Lead & Pipeline management – increasing factor to involve clients early in the process
  • Target setting and Forecasting – Part of process (influencing and advising) to set up and follow-up targets & incentive scheme for commercial teams
  • Commercial reporting
  • Commercial Business Review Meetings – Enforcer/monitor/driver of the commercial business review process on global, regional & country level
  • Liaison with finance community – Make sure IT Systems are bridged between sales & operations, tie into finance driven process to give input in budgeting & forecasting
  • Controls and Process descriptions discrete work flows and approvals, global thresholds

Requirements

  • Experience in analytics and working with a commercial community
  • Has experience establishing and reporting based on metrics
  • Good understanding on how Facility Management plays a role in their business
  • Strong knowledge about sales processes and tools
  • Super User or System Admin experience with either Sales Force or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Skills within Facility Management services (industry) and operations, ability to bridge commercial and operations
  • Dominant traits include high structure, persistency and goal orientation
  • Common commercial traits include high work capacity, contact/communication skills and empathy
