Bid Manager/ Bid Officer

Responsibilities

  • Registration of ISS name in needed channels in order to maximize chance of bids to be received
  • Formation of Bid team involving all needed parties
  • Setting up and management of bid plan to ensure quality and timelines be met
  • Bid production, publishing and communication of process documentation, sales documents, RFI’s and RFP’s/ bids
  • Manage communication and information flow according to Customer requirements and ensure compliance with ISS and Customer processes
  • Produce, update and distribute project plan for bids to ISS Commercial team
  • Communication with internal teams ensuring timeline are being met for proposal responses
  • Support analysis of client requirements and drivers, competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Upload and produce RFP responses as required by customer process, ‘Final Fishing’ of sales presentations and proposals with respect to editing, imaging and branding, spelling and overall presentation
  • Perform Pricing Analysis to enhance our win chance, taking in to account market/ competitor pricing, as well as efficiency benchmarking; and
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Journalism, English Literature or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably from Facility Management, Cleaning, Security or Engineering related industries
  • Experience in proposal writing, pricing formulation, project management and market analysis
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese is a MUST
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Tools
  • High level of structure good planning skills, good presentation skills including visual/ graphical illustration for key message
  • Strong analytical skills, teamwork and ability to persistent way to work even under tight time pressure
