The entry of ISS into Hong Kong marketplace took place in 1995 with the acquisition of the ESGO service group. Today ISS Facility Services has become the largest Facility Services provider in Hong Kong employing in excess of 12,000 people.
In order to match with the growing demand of customers' outsourcing of in-house services, we continue to strengthen our service offerings to cater for our customers' increased service requirements. By understanding the customers' needs, we tailor-make service packages to fit their requirements, ranging from single service activity, such as general cleaning, to an Integrated Service Solution comprising a number of specialized services, such as window cleaning, reception, delivery of internal mail, portering, pest control, indoor air quality control and so on.
