ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER (Job Ref: ISS/10/001)

 

Successful candidates will need to have the following criteria:
Ÿ       Degree in property-related studies

Ÿ       Holder of HKIH, CIH or RPHM  
Ÿ       More than 5 years' experience in property or asset management with at least 3 years' experience 
      in supervisory grade is required

MAINTENANCE OFFICER / BUILDING ENGINEER

Duties

Ÿ       Handle regular maintenance works of both E&M and builder's works in nature for our managed properties;

Ÿ       Diagnose defects and prepare related reports, prepare tender documents for improvement and
      repair projects  of both the E&M and builder's works nature;

Ÿ       Liaise and handle owner's/tenant's requests for technical services;
Ÿ       
Responsible for planned and ad hoc maintenance works inside and outside our managed properties of
      residential, industrial or commercial properties;
Ÿ       
Responsible for project management of E&M and Builder works, including project objective formulation,
      design, preparation of tender document and contract administration.
 

Requirements

Ÿ       Degree/ Higher Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering/ Building Surveying or
equivalent

Ÿ       Well-prepared to work independently under pressure

Assist in the daily operation and management of a mixed portfolio of properties/ a residential property; administering and coordinating all property management functions, maintaining excellent rapport with residents and handling inquiries and complaints; handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress.

Requirements

Ÿ       Ensure operation, repair and maintenance of building facilities in compliance with legal requirements

Advise and manage alteration, addition and value-added improvement works

Monitor and control operational budget and progress of works

Contribute to environmental protection, occupational safety and energy saving measures

 

Duties
